We offer a 30-day return policy on all instruments purchased from Lowtide Musical Instruments.

If you change your mind or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving it provided it is in original condition.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned with all original packaging and accessories, and it must not be damaged or modified.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Please note that return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Items that show signs of damage, misuse, or missing parts may not be eligible for a full refund.
