Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Lowtide Musical Instruments is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or delivery issues caused by third-party shipping providers. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping provider.
